There is Save node in the option tree of Screen Calendar Outlook. It allows you to save either a current calendar with background image or background image only. Also, you can choose Image format: Windows BitMap (*.bmp file) or JPEG (*.jpg file). Having chosen needed items, click Save as… button. That will bring up Save as window where you can browse a folder and select a file name.
