Dates (Outlook edition)

There is Dates node in the option tree of Screen Calendar Outlook, which enables you to adjust some scheduler and calendar settings.

Dates node in the option tree

In this node, you can:
  • set default holidays. Check\uncheck any day of week. Checked days will be marked as holidays in the calendar. Default holidays set by the program are Saturday and Sunday, but you can change this setting if needed.
  • set automatic update frequency. You can select the frequency from 5 minutes to 12 hours for Screen Calendar to update your records from Outlook.
  • choose a mark for the dates with notes. That is the way how dates with notes will look in the desktop calendar. The possible marks are listed in the drop-down menu. They are: underline, left-top corner (of date color or of red color), right-top corner (of date color or of red color), and none.
  • also, you can check\uncheck options Show description in hint and Show attachments small icons. The first option means that record’s description (you can enter it in the record editor window) will be shown together with record’s subject in hint for the small calendar or in a date cell for the full-screen calendar. The second one changes the size of attachments’ icons which are displayed in the record editor window.
