For Screen Calendar Outlook Edition: schedule your business day in Outlook Calendar and display your events on the desktop calendar (requires Microsoft Outlook installed). More details about settings >>
For Screen Calendar Standard: you use the built-in scheduler. You can export your records to Outlook Calendar and import them from Outlook to Screen Calendar. (See also Import/Export)
For both versions:
In small calendar, you can mark the dates with records. There are five marks available: left or right top corner in red color or in date color or underlining the dates.
In fullscreen calendar, records will be shown in the cells of desktop calendar and appear as hints for picked dates. To read your notes, just hover a mouse over calendar.

If you want to see records list in the Dates window, check Show records attached to time. Set Filters for records – records list can include all records, records for selected day or selected month, or records for a given period (after selecting Period, From and To date selectors become active so that you can set a period).
Right-click any record in the list to open the menu which enables you to postpone record to the next day or to another day (day can be chosen in a drop-down calendar), edit record, delete it or delete all records (clear the list).
How to use the built-in scheduler:
You can schedule your day using Dates window as well as the desktop calendar. Double-click needed date on the desktop calendar or on the small calendar in Dates window to open Day scheduler.
There are a few ways to add an event of specific duration. The first is to select any time interval in day scheduler by mouse dragging, right-click it and select Add record. The second is to double-click any line of day scheduler and then set necessary start and end time for the new record. Add/edit record dialog also allows you to add notes and attachments, to set reminder and recurrence.

To add an All Day event, simply deselect start and end time when you create a new event. After that, you'll be able to change day type (Common day, Holiday or Special day).

In Dates window or in Day scheduler, you can double-click any existing record to open editor window and make necessary changes.
In the Remind tab, you can compile a list of necessary reminders. Select one of Available reminds from the list or click “+” and enter new reminder name to add new available remind. Then click “+” button (which is to the right from the list of reminders) to add reminder to the list. Choose reminder type and set its parameters. Available reminder actions are showing message, playing sound and running application. You can use more than one reminder for an event. All reminders will be added the list and have an order numbers, so you can change their order using up and down arrow buttons.

To set recurring event, open Repeat tab and set parameters of recurrence. Choose daily, weekly, monthly or yearly repeating. Select the date when recurrence must end in the Recur until box. Select no end to repeat record permanently, set the number of repeats or choose end date in the drop-down calendar.
