• Handy scheduler can be opened by simply clicking on a calendar.
• Records are displayed in date cells of a full-screen calendar.
• In a small calendar, move mouse cursor over a marked date cell to see records as a hint.

• Calendar events can be imported from Outlook Calendar.

• Double-clicking a date cell of the desktop calendar opens MS Outlook Calendar for scheduling.
• Outlook records will be added to Screen Calendar automatically.
• Reminder, recurring events, postponing events are available in Outlook calendar.

Wallpaper management

• Any digital photo or image can be set as a desktop background.
• Screen Calendar offers various positions of image alignment:
  • 9 positions for a small image - center, top, bottom, left, right, top-right, top-left, bottom-right and bottom-left;
  • stretching image to fit a screen, including stretching for widescreen monitors without image distortion;
  • tile.
• Background changer can be enabled to change wallpapers automatically either after a certain time, at a particular time or at every startup:
  • wallpapers can be changed randomly from any folder;
  • user can compile its own wallpaper lists and choose one of them to randomly change wallpapers from.

Different calendar sizes

• Small calendar can be placed anywhere on a desktop.
• Full-screen calendar fits desktop size and can be transparent or semi-transparent to get background image visible.

Skinnable calendar

• Screen Calendar offers preset skins which can change both calendar view and desktop background.
• Screen Calendar can wear Winamp skins without changing desktop background.
• More skins can be downloaded from Screen Calendar website for free and used for the desktop calendar.
• Each skin is fully customizable, settings for small calendar and full-screen calendar skins can be adjusted individually:
  • customizable cell size and padding;
  • customizable text color, font and size;
  • customizable background color and transparency;
  • customizable cell borders.

Various calendar layouts

• Month appearance, week orientation and starting point etc. are user defined.
• The language and view of weekdays and month titles are changeable.
• Calendar can be configured to show the current month only, the current month and a half of the next month or two months.

Desktop icons management

• When icons arrangement is enabled, Screen Calendar can auto-arrange desktop icons variously.
• Eight preset modes of icons arrangement are available; besides, user can define number of icons in rows and columns.
• Icons arrangement modes can be applied both from Screen Calendar program window and from system tray menu.

Print and Save options

• Screen Calendar allows printing:
  • desktop calendar as is;
  • calendar for a month without background;
  • notes for a specified period;
  • background image only.
• Current calendar with background or background picture only can be saved as an image file - BMP or JPG format.
