Screen Calendar supports iCal (.ics) format that lets you export desktop calendar data to iPhone or import events from iPhone to the desktop. This tutorial will guide you through the simple two steps exporting - importing procedure. This will take you a few minutes – please follow the instructions below.
Screen Calendar events can be exported to the iPhone via Outlook Calendar. Thus, the first step is to export the events to Outlook.
Please note: step 1 is for Screen Calendar Standard edition users only. Screen Calendar Outlook edition users don’t have to export or synchronize events as they schedule directly in Outlook and every event displayed on their desktop is already saved in Outlook calendar. If you use Screen Calendar Outlook, please skip the first step and proceed directly to step 2.
Step 1. Download and launch Screen Calendar if needed. Export events of your desktop calendar to Outlook calendar. There are several ways to do that:

Open this file with Outlook (in Outlook Calendar go to File menu > Open > Calendar…)

Step 2. The second step is to export import events from Outlook calendar to the iPhone. We’ll do that via iTunes. Please open iTunes, plug in your iPhone and click its name on the left panel. Then go to the Info tab in the right panel of iTunes. In the Calendars select to sync calendars with Outlook and check the calendar which contains your Screen Calendar events or simply select All calendars. Click Sync.

When synchronization is complete, the events you’ve added to your desktop calendar will be in your iPhone calendar.
You can also import events from iPhone calendar to your desktop by performing these steps backwards. Sync iPhone calendar with Outlook as described above, and then import data from Outlook calendar to Screen Calendar.

Your iPhone calendar events can now be viewed and edited directly from the desktop calendar.
