Print

For Screen Calendar Outlook Edition: as you schedule in Outlook Calendar, you can print your records from Outlook.

In Screen Calendar Outlook you can print:

  • Desktop calendar as is: both the current calendar and the background will be fit to page keeping the proportions.
  • Background image only (without calendar): it will be fit to page keeping the proportions.

For Screen Calendar Standard: you can print both calendar and notes.

Select your choice in the What to print box. You can print:

  • Desktop calendar as is: both the current calendar and the background will be fit to page keeping the proportions.
  • Calendar for a month (without background): you can print calendar for current or next month. You can select Use current font colors option. Note that this option is available only if your printer supports color printing.
  • Background image only (without calendar): it will be fit to page with saving the proportions.
  • Notes: for today, this week, this month, the selected period or all records (select from the drop-down menu). When for period is selected, date selectors from and to become active. You can set the period "from... to" (check each of selectors and select the dates), or only "from" (to print the notes from the given date to the current date – check from only), or only "to" (to print all your notes before the given date – check to only). When selecting Notes, you see the Font settings box in the bottom of the dialog window. You can set such parameters as font, font style, font size and text color for dates and notes separately.

Click Page setup button to set page parameters: paper size and source, page orientation (portrait or landscape) and margins. Printer button in the Page setup window brings up the next window in which you can adjust printer properties (Properties button) and connect to a network printer if needed (Network button).

Print button will open the Print window. Click Properties button to adjust printer properties, set Print range and number of copies. Click OK to start printing.
