Yes, the text alignment can be changed. To do that, check "Selected" cell size in the 6th (for a monthly calendar) or the 7th (for a yearly calendar) step of calendar creation wizard. After checking this item, you'll see "Text alignment" box. Simply click the alignment you need and it will be applied to your calendar grid.
