I just installed your program on my computer and added some pictures. But all I get when creating the SWF File is a big RED picture, nothing else to see in the page. What is the problem?
Please update FlashSlider. Macromedia Flash displays not all modifications of JPEG files so beginning with the 2.1.2 version FlashSlider checks up and converts JPEG files automatically ( Progressive -> Baseline compression)
